PROJECT: Heathrow T5C Terminal Office and Welfare Building
REQUIREMENTS: Design, Supply, Install and Commission the Heat/Cool Air Conditioning System to serve the above building
CONTRACTOR: Admorspace Limited
Following the receipt of a prestigious order for a 108 bay, 3 storey modular office and welfare building for Carillion PLC, Admorspace soon recognised they would require a HVACR contractor that could complete the work to the highest of standards within the tight time frame and budget.
N&P Climate Control stepped up to the plate and completed the project while meeting all of the criteria.
The project was designed and installed in line with all current building regulations and government guidelines on energy efficiency and conservation of fuel.
Project completion dates meant that balancing work within the factory with that completed on site was crucial. N&P Climate Control completed all site work installations and commissioning in a five week period, which was a staggering achievement for a building of this size. The success of our installation on this building was a direct result of our vast experience and knowledge within the modular industry.
“N&P Climate Control Limited play an important role within all of our building projects and they are our first choice of HVACR contractor. They have an intrinsic knowledge of the industry that sets them apart from other contractors.”
Carl Galbraith, Director of Admorspace Limited.

PROJECT: 3 Storey Office Building, Leicester
REQUIREMENTS: Design, Supply, Install and Commission Heat / Cool Air Conditioning System
CONTRACTOR: Phoenix Building Systems
This is just one of many high profile projects successfully completed by Phoenix Building Systems Limited using N&P Climate Control as their HVACR contractor.
The aesthetic criteria on this project played a major role as this building would be on show not only to the thousands of fans that attend the games every week, but also to the millions of devoted supporters watching on TV.
N&P Climate Control and Phoenix Building Systems collaborated on the design to ensure all the exterior condensers were located at the back of the building and out of site from the pitch area. This involved some difficult pipe and drain runs in tight spaces. Perseverance paid off and the result was a three storey office building with heating / cool air conditioning to all areas that is aesthetically pleasing at the same time.
Quite often the exterior look of a building can take a back seat to cost and functionality. This time appearance was at the forefront of the design and N&P Climate Control relished the challenge and completed another successful installation in conjunction with Phoenix Building Systems Limited.
“Full credit to N&P Climate control, the design was fit for purpose and the installation was completed ready for hand over with in days, Job well done!”
Michael Taylor, Technical Manager
